Television Viewer Enquiries
At Channel 4 we have a dedicated team to handle your comments on the programmes broadcast. The Viewer Enquiries office can take your calls from 9.00a.m. to 9.00p.m on weekdays and 10.00a.m to 6.00p.m (closed 1-2pm) weekends and bank holidays. Throughout the night there is an answerphone service.
A report of all calls, letters and emails is passed to senior executives each day.
