RepsolNC30 : To simon: Did you have any creative influence on the script of 'Big train' because a lot of your personality seems to come out of the characters.
Simon Pegg : The monkey that was on tonight was a complete improvisation because we were embarrassed by the punchline 'titz'. But .. a lot of it was, yeah, improvised. Graham and Arthur's writing is very good.
DannyH : are you anything like your characters inreal life?
Simon Pegg : hehehehe. Yes!
Jessica Stevenson : Yes and no... Depends what the time of day it is really :)
Simon Pegg : I think I may be a little bit more like Tim than Jess is like Daisy.

emsy : I have just written an induction essay on the opening sequence of your show. What is the most fun aspect of filming??
Trout : What was the best part of making Spaced?
Jessica Stevenson : Um..
Simon Pegg : There's a .. the crew and the cast all got on very well. There was a lot of fun going on just being together.
Jessica Stevenson : I particularly enjoyed singing pop songs in a Julie Andrews style in between takes.
Simon Pegg : It was a great experience.
Jessica Stevenson : emsy - seeing it work on set, and coming to fruition, is thrilling all round.

Simon Pegg : The writing process was so kind of collaborative, it's hard to remember who wrote what bit really. Sorry.

Simon Pegg : Well we both have partners. My girlfriend is the Art Director on Spaced so...
Jessica Stevenson : I've always done it as a job so nothing has changed. I've been with the same person for a really long time, so it's normal. I'm just more busy. Still. Send me a photo and .. you know :)
CATDOG : DO you just go around the street and film or do you have to plan everything?
Jessica Stevenson : We have to plan it all. The location manager will read the script and find fitting locations and spend ages having streets blocked off, or extras to fill the streets. It takes a lot of planning.

Simon Pegg : The Simpsons.

Simon Pegg : Well groba, we shot the whole show in 8 weeks, we didn't film them chronologically...er, 7 days each.
