Daisy Donovan : Obviously I'm not qualified but I was pretty enthusiastic. I could give it a shot and she taught me some good tricks.
spaicecowboi : Do you ever feel guilty about fooling people into thinking you are genuine?!
Daisy Donovan : Erm, well, no, I think that in that circumstance I wanted to see if I could do it. That was what was important. Each programme I genuinely wanted to do it and they were all happy at the end, I hope! I would feel guilty if I had upset someone, but I hope I haven't.
Rob 56 : Obviously the show is tongue in cheek, but do you find yourself really identifying with the people in it after spending time with them?
Daisy Donovan : Yes, I really liked them all. They were so nice. Really interesting pleasant people, so yeah I do.
Maja : Daisy, how do you keep a straight face when you're doing all that American motivational stuff? And did you find yourself truly believing your own hype on the workshop?
Daisy Donovan laughs
Daisy Donovan : I was paralysed with fear! I completely believed in myself because if I didn't it would have messed up everything. I came away tearful, so it worked.
Phil : Why did'nt you interview the motivation king - Anthony Robbins ?
Daisy Donovan : Ah, because he was in Hawaii when we were trying to do it.
Beef : Have you ever encountered any hostile situations where you found your humour couldn't get you out of?
Daisy Donovan : Not yet! Now, you're making me nervous!
Mark : Do you find Americans more gullable than the British?
Daisy Donovan : New Yorkers aren't at all, anything I've done in NY they just tell you to piss off. It's not really gullible, I think they are just more open to suggestion.
Guernsey Matt : Yeah i have a geography exam tomorrow can you give me any motivational tips?
Daisy Donovan : I haven't done my homework on geographical motivation, I shall have to come back to you.
Chris : Why did you go silent and slack-jawed when the people you asked about joy started talking about Jesus?
Daisy Donovan : Because I was worried that it wouldn't really be appropriate to get involved on that level when I didn't know what I was talking about. But then the woman said it was OK, so it was fine.
flormngr6 : I'm a big fan of Spineshank, was it hard to fit in with them as i've heard about all of their antics on and off stage, did they make you feel fit in?
Daisy Donovan : Yeah, they were nice and they weren't as mental as I thought they were going to be. I was ready to vomit vodka with them, but I didn't have to.
Siobhan : Are you in character when you do your shows? or are you just normally as funny and goofy (in a good way) everyday?
Daisy Donovan laughs
Daisy Donovan : It's how I spend my days! Not goofy, just an idiot walking around into lamp-posts and various other embarrassing situations.
Jamie : I was cringing behind the sofa watching the show, do you always have that much balls in front of a crowd?
Daisy Donovan : Heh, my friends watching it were really embarrassed of me. I find it embarrassing too, I had to go out of the room. I think I get taken over by some higher force.
Danny Boy : Do you ever feel guilty betraying the trust that people build in you, such as the americans in this episode. Maybe they would feel bad if they realised the level of stupidity with which viewers percieve them.
Daisy Donovan : I hope they don't perceive them with stupidity because they were really nice, normal people. It was to show that I was completely unqualified and yet they taught me to do it. It's more being weird that it's that easy to do rather than trying to show them as weird.
Lesley Watson : Daisy, what did you get up to with the band which were on last weeks show, after the cameras went off??
Daisy Donovan : Nothing x-rated, sadly!
robby moo moo : Why do you always wear that browny suit? do you think it will catch on as a cult symbol for you?
Daisy Donovan : It's cheap and it's much easier because then that's my job done on the wardrobe front.
Xleon : Do you mind being called a Sex Symbol?
Daisy Donovan : Yes, I find it really offensive.

Mags : You were hillarious doing the Barbie Walk as a beauty pageant - did you enjoy it?
Daisy Donovan : I really enjoyed it but I found it a little physically demanding.
borris jnr 2nd : Did you think that there is something unnatural about the beauty pagents, especially with the little girls wearing inches of make up which will take several hours to chizzel off afterwards?
Daisy Donovan : I think it's certainly a strange way to spend a childhood.
Lana : On the first episode of daisy daisy, were you honestly getting hacked off with that girl in your group who did the opera singing?
Daisy Donovan : No, not at all, she was really sweet but I felt she could do with a few less rhinestones on her dress. A good bit of honest competition wouldn't harm anybody.
AndrewSelkirk : since you were on stage with spineshank have you thought of going the way of most soap stars and comedians now and bringing out a single?
Daisy Donovan : Andrew...did you watch me singing in the pageant programme, that is your answer! No human should ever have to listen to that.
dan-kent : have you come across anyone in filming who you didn't like? How did you deal with it??
Daisy Donovan : Um... I found the pimp a pretty unpleasant character. But he was such a character that I could just ask him questions and his answers would be amazing.
daisydaisy : Since seeing you in the Beauty pageant, i think you should try out for Mrs World...... Do it for England girl!!!
