Shell : Absolutely fantastic. It's a bit sad because it's like finishing the end of a holiday but it's nice to be out and shopping again!
Jimmy2612 : Who was your best friend in the BB house and who did you hate??
Shell : My best friend in the house was probably Ness because we were both very girlie and I liked her sense of humour, but then Nadia came a close second because she was also very funny and we often enjoyed a cigarette together. I didn't really not get on with anyone in the house, but I think everyone knows that my biggest argument was with Victor but we had a big hug yesterday and so we're still good friends.
lilamyx : whic housemates would u most like to keep in touch with?
Shell : I think I'll be keeping in touch with Dan and Stu and Ness and I'm going to Kitten's wedding so I'll be seeing her again. It would be nice to see Nadia again and go out shopping for heels. If any of them ever ask me out for a beer I'll never decline.
Amzy : hey shell did u guys hear when some-one shouted 'nadia is a man' over the wall by the way u rocked
Shell : Nooo, we didn't. We heard the shouting and her name but I personally didn't hear the rest. I'm not sure the others did either. So I don't think anyone else knew apart from Becki.
TomluvsNadianshell : I saw you at eviction night, and I was worried, you didn't seem comfortable with the crowd, what was going through your mind?
Shell : Crowds really scare me and I thought I was going to get booed because quite a lot of us did so I was really worried that it was going to be a scary night, but thank you to everyone that came to eviction night because the reception that we all got was absolutely brilliant.
JoPpA : Shell what was it like living with all those cameras for ages?
Shell : It wasn't that bad actually. You don't really notice them after a while and you do get favourite cameras which you like. If you press your face up against the mirrors sometimes you can actually see the cameras so it can be quite a good game.
MCOG2 : do you have any plans to follow a showbiz career?
Liz : What do you want to do job wise?
Shell : Absolutely no plans for a showbiz career. I'm going to have fun doing some crazy things that I've been offered for the next couple of weeks but after that I will go back to Scotland and do my post-grad study. I've been offered quite a lot of different weird things… a small amount of modelling and some radio shows and a small amount of promo work... lots of different things that I usually wouldn't get a chance to do so I thought I should try them all once.
I Love Stu 4eva : shell, what made u mow the lawn naked?

Shell : I'm glad you love Stu because he's fantastic! It was to cheer Nadia up actually because Emma had left. It was very impromptu! It worked out in the end as it did help to cheer her up I think.
King Brave Heart : did u feel guilty that u were strapped 2 stu instead of michelle being strapped 2 him?
Shell : No I didn't, because it wasn't my choice. Big Brother knew how to choose things to make it hard for everyone. I think Michelle knew that I had a boyfriend and that I would never do anything with Stu. So, I think I sometimes felt awkward about the situation, but never guilty.
TomluvsNadianshell : Shell, When Stu hugged you in the night when you were chained together did you realise?
Shell : No I totally didn't realise! I had no idea! He woke up the next morning and said 'Dude, I'm so sorry I think I hugged you in the night!'

Shell : I still haven't seen that bit of footage actually - I think it will be quite funny.
HelloKittyJackie : Shell - The one reason you went into the house was for the finance, even after failing to win has the publicity you received manage to help pay off your student debts?
Shell : It is definitely helping yes. It's not so much the student debts it's more helping my Mum and my family, or at least it will do when it's actually in my bank account, so yes it's been an absolutely fantastic thing.
HannahPatricia : What is your favourite thing to cook?
Shell : Oooh! Before the BB house it was grilled fish but now I can't stand the smell of fish after all those fish guts in the house. I love making lasagne; we made some good lasagnes in the house.

Shell : He was really happy to see me, he's actually sitting just beside me right now. He wasn't annoyed at all; he was really lovely about everything.
Shell is MY Winner : What have you been up to in the past 4 days since leaving the house ?
Shell : Everything! I've been able to go to a bar and buy myself a drink, I've shopped, I went to see Snow Patrol who were amazing! I've been to an end of production party which was so much fun - loads and loads of just really fun stuff.
SilvaDolla : Did you enjoy the Big Brother party last night?
Shell : It was an absolutely fantastic party. All the girls went home with vibrators in their goody bags!
MCOG2 : did you take anything from the house as a souvenir?
Shell : Ooh yeah I did, we had really nice stuff in the kitchen; in our cutlery drawer we had really nice teaspoons in the shape of a hearts, so I took one of those. I might frame it and put it up in my house when I get home.
jay : how did you cope with Nadias violent outbursts and temper tantrums
Shell : It was sometimes difficult at the beginning but I kind of got used to it and you realise that it's not that bad at all as Nadia releases anger very quickly and then she is back to herself and it really only happens when she doesn't have nicotine and it was such a pressurised environment in there that we learnt to understand it. I was scared at first but by the end of it I think I was insulting her as much as she was insulting everyone else - but it was all humorous so it was fine.
NEILSWINDONUK : Shell - the main question of all I think is what made you decide to apply to big brother ?
Shell : It was to help my family financially and it's great that it has been able to happen. It's great to be able to do things for them now. Also because I didn't want a nasty summer job, it kinda saved me from that ;)

Tracey : Do you know why Jason wasn't at the BBLB Barbeque or the wrap party last night?
Shell : Yeah I think he has gone back to Manchester because he's glad to see some of his friends and family. I think it's been quite stressful for him. I think he expected to go each week and so to get to week ten it has kind of knocked him for six a bit. But I think he will meet up with us for a few drinks later on in the week.
HelloKittyJackie : Didn’t it annoy you to be the house chef constantly?
Shell : No, I loved it! I love cooking for people and in there it gives you something to do because you can take a long time preparing it. It was a wee refuge. The boys would come and help chop veggies and chill out a bit. Victor became very good at chopping onions for me. So no, it was really good fun.
NeilSwindonUk : Shell your an excellent cook by the looks of things! Fancy writing a recipe book or appearing on ready steady cook? Lol
Shell : I'd love to, Neil! It would be so cool! Even if it was just having your own B&B and doing something with food for other people, not even showbiz-related, would be great - I'd love that.
KT : Did you feel that Nadia used you because her 'lipgloss' friends were gone? at all?
Shell : Not at all. I think Ness had left and she was my good friend and Emma and Marco had left and they were Nadia's good friends. Every time someone left, the group dynamic changed. When you are in there you can actually feel atmospheres that you cannot see on the screen. I actually had a really different opinion of Nadia at the end to the one I had of her at the beginning. She taught me about mascara and high heels and I think I clamed her down at times. So it was good.
sonia : how many ciggies are you smoking a day now nadia isn't around as much?
Shell laughs!
Shell : About a quarter of the amount I was back then! I haven't had one yet today.
HannahPatricia : What did you think of Becki when she arrived?
Shaz : Did Becki snub you when you left the house because we saw she never cuddled you?
Shell : Um.. being very honest - I was quite wary of Becki because we had all settled into some kind of routine. I felt really sad when I found out the way she had to nominate Michelle. I found that really hard. It was a bit uncomfortable, you tried to be welcoming to new people as it's a really hard thing to have to do to come into an already established house... I don't know... she wasn't a favourite housemate of mine I guess.
MCOG2 : have you met any famous celebs since leaving the house?
Shell : I met Edith Bowman at Snow Patrol and I think I gave her the shock of her life because I tapped her on her shoulder and asked her for a picture as I think she's so cool. I think she was shocked to see me not on her TV! Oh and Davina too of course, and Dermot who I like a lot as well. I think I've seen some others, I just haven't really met them properly as sometimes I just don't want to go up to them and disturb them.
lenore : Any offers from lawnmower manufacturers for their new calendar?
Shell roars with laughter
Shell : No, no! Definitely not! I like lawnmowers but I don't think I'd do any naked shots lawn-mowing.
shaun : who would you like to see in a celeb bb
Shell : Ohh, ooh. Gordon Ramsay, I like him as a chef and he can be quite explosive so that would make good viewing. Ooh and Owen Wilson too.
HannahPatricia : How did you feel about Dan not doing any cooking!!!
Shell : That was absolutely fine because he made a curry one night and it was a bit odd. I enjoyed doing it and felt bereft almost if someone else did it. Dan contributed in many other ways anyway.
x_Claire_x : Was Jay really as boring as C4 showed him to be? Did you get on well with Jason?
Shell : In the first two weeks Jay was amazing fun and then he really did, I think because he couldn't use the gym, become quite depressed. It was quite worrying. It could have been portrayed as boring but he had a hard time coming to terms with not being able to exercise. I do really like him though, I have a soft spot for Jay.
Notso-ginger Jay : Did Jason look like a ginger? And did you see the hair in his never-region to prove it? (sorry if that was dirty)
Shell : Eeew! He's kind of strawberry blonde, I think the only part that was ginger was his beard.
Nadia Rocks : How many chicken nuggets did marco eat?
Shell : Too many!!!! Hahaha… He just kept ordering and ordering them! They are just not proper food to me. He consumed too many for his own good!
