Big Brother Votes - Web Terms

Details of the vote are set out on the Big Brother site, but the rules below and the site terms & conditions apply to your participation in the vote. By voting you are agreeing to both of these.

  • Each vote will be open for the time period set out on the site (if no time is set out, votes will generally be open for around 48 hours) and results will be announced on the site and/or in the programme.
  • There is no charge for submitting a vote. All votes we receive will be counted.
  • Due to technical issues or due to issues in the programme or the House, the vote may not be available or may be suspended or removed. Channel 4 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the vote at any time without prior notice.
  • Neither Channel 4 nor any of its group companies are liable or responsible in any way for any loss or disappointment whatsoever suffered by you as a result of the vote or the unavailability, inaccessibility or operation of the vote. Further details are in the terms & conditions.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the conduct or the results of any vote, the decision of Channel 4 shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  • These Big Brother votes web terms do not apply to voting to nominate a housemate for an eviction/to stay in the house for which separate terms and conditions apply (see "Nomination Terms").

Big Brother Votes - Mobile Terms

Details of the vote are set out on the Big Brother mobile portal but the rules below and the mobile portal terms & conditions apply to your participation in the vote. By voting you are agreeing to both of these.

  • Each vote will be open for the time period set out on the portal (if no time is set out, votes will generally be open for around 48 hours) and results will be announced on the portal and/or in the programme.
  • There is no charge for submitting a vote. All votes that we receive will be counted.
  • Due to technical issues, lack of mobile network coverage or changes or issues in the programme or the House the vote may not be available or may be suspended or removed. Channel 4 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the vote at any time without prior notice.
  • Neither Channel 4 nor any of its group companies are liable or responsible in any way for any loss or disappointment whatsoever suffered by you as a result of the vote or the unavailability, inaccessibility or operation of the vote. Further details are in the mobile portal terms & conditions.
