I wonder what Judy James wouldmake of him covering his mouth several times on his way out?
Concealing a grimace/snarl perhaps...or literally physically trying to stop himself from saying how he really feels.
It's like when someone is lying, they actually cover their mouth as they speak.
Very interesting indeed.
Re.LALLZ's comment that he was never nasty for the sake of it- what about when he collaborated with Kris to bully Freddie? e.g. that game of hide and seek, or when he threw water over Angel whilst she laboured over her jacket when she was already quite depressed?
He'd a tendency to play 'practical jokes' on those he disliked, which is a form of passive bullying. I got the impression that he didn't actually like anyone else particularly and he resented the close bonds between the others like Rodrigo and Sophie.
He always wanted to be the centre of attention and played to the cameras with his childish pranks and 'nana' alter-ego which thankfully we were only subjected to on the live feed. The 'Beyonce task' really showed his true colours.
I can't imagine how he must have felt to be beaten by David!! That was incredible!
It was very funny listening to Siavash theorising to the end - "I think it's in reverse..." It's a shame that Rodrigo didn't beat Charlie, it would have been even funnier to see his face if he was 5th after being so convinced that he was the winner for so many weeks, that really would have been ironic, but we can't have everything, Sophie won and that's good enough for me.
Charlie was a fab housemate and a lovely person. People labelling him as "fake" fail to realise that HMs are complex, real people who are NOT perfect. Charlie was never nasty for the sake of it and always stuck up for his friends. I loved him.
Totally agree, he was fake as a plastic plant...acted the saint for the cameras n was not a nice guy to watch on tv, didnt like david particularly but glad Charlie was chucked out before the other 3!
Eh, leave him alone, it seems Charlie has been totally misconstrued...
Charlie is a genuine, down to earth funny lad.
Living in Australia I hear or see none of the media and so like to think my opinion is unbiased (if an opinion can be unbiased, LOL!) and Charlie seems to be a lovely guy. I'd have him as a mate any day :)
Not even in the top 3! Ha! Best news all night! HE EVEN LIED in the eviction interview!! When Davina asked him about picking hands for the Beyonce task he said "I just picked a hand - I didn't know the rules". Yeah ok mate. Came across even worse than he did inside the house. Couldn't even sit still and listen to Davina properly. The public saw through him and preferred David and Siavash - of course. The fake has left the building.
