Im Pete Bennett who won BB7, Welsh Glyn my worthy apponent came second.
Since BB I wrote a book "Pete: My Story" and been touring with my band Pete Bennett and the Love Dogs, played at Glastonbury and Electric Picnic. Last year I toured Ireland and got a NUMBER 1 with my single ‘Cosmonaut'! It was great to finally get a good result.
Nowadays I make puppets with Cherry and write my own music at home for my band, and am in process of releasing my next single ‘SUPERHERO' that I wrote last winter. Whilst I wait for the mixing to be finished I have been making my own music video on Brighton beach in my green spandex superhero costume. Everyone on the beach usually comes and dances with me, far out! I'll be touring again soon so watch this space! I've recently applied for a foundation stand up comedy course in the autumn, which im very excited and nervous about... woohoo!
