It is at Big Brother's discretion as to which ex-housemate is placed with each successful applicant. The actual placement of an ex-housemate in a company or organisation will be subject to the consent of the housemate and another housemate may be offered as a replacement at our discretion. The successful placement is subject to the consent of the ex-housemate. The successful applicant will be required to enter into an agreement with an ex- housemate and Channel 4 and/or Endemol which sets out the terms of the work experience arrangement.
