There are certain things in life that should not be combined because of the risk of injury to health: rollerblading and naturism for example. And now, there seems to be a new dangerous combination Siavash and Halfwit when they start talking about morals, standards and culture. The danger? Brain meltdown!
The shockwaves of the eviction were still reverberating, influencing Siavash and Halfwit's conversation. "If you have certain standards and morals in life and you had those throughout your life and you stick to them in this House and live the way you lived outside, then everything will be fine," declared Siavash.
"If you live life scared of death, is that a life truly lived?" replied Halfwit with his head cocked to one side.
Siavash nodded sagely. Or maybe it was trapped wind. "Exactly," he agreed. "If you're always scared about going up for eviction, you will do yourself completely in."
And so the psychological train ride began, stopping at every station toward the final destination of 'Huh?' Trading insights had obviously worn the pair of them out, so Halfwit went for the kill.
"It's hard to change people," he began. "It's even harder to change people in this place because of the kind of people and the stressful situation," he continued. "Any egos people have, they'll cling onto way more because there's nothing else to distract from it," he added. "On the other hand, culture is very easy to create in this place, because there's no other cultural influences outside of what happens here."
