A day is a long time in the Big Brother House, let alone a week. Only yesterday the beef between Charlie and Rodrigo was bigger than an 12oz t-bone. Today, they're playing together so nicely they're like bestest, bestest chums.
Amazing, when you consider what happened yesterday afternoon - a case of a joke too far when Charlie and Kris ambushed Rodrigo, tossed him inside a duvet cover and said that they were going to chuck him in the pool. They didn't, but Rodrigo didn't know their intentions at the time. So cross was Rodrigo about that incident, that he dropped Charlie's beloved baseball cap in the pool.
That was a red rag to Charlie, who then stropped about and threatened to throw all Rodrigo's clothes in the pool and in the toilet. Rodrigo was upset, but so was Charlie, who couldn't understand why Rodrigo was only annoyed with him, when the duvet joke was all Kris' idea.
It all built up to a head when the two had a row in the Kitchen, with Charlie telling Rodrigo to "leave him alone". Rodrigo stood his ground and declared that he would not leave the kitchen as all the housemates were entitled to go there. Eventually Halfwit asked Rodrigo if he'd like to go and sit down in the Living Area, enticing Rodrigo away from the argument.
But they say it takes a row to boil over before it can be forgotten - and later on last night the two began talking again, and even shared a hug. Rodrigo had a little weep, but it was Charlie who was there to comfort him. Stilll clearly upset, Rodrigo later wept to Big Brother in the Diary Room that he had no idea why he was rowing with Charlie.
And today, with the pair soon to be working hard as a team to get Karly flying along on roller skates for the Task, all yesterday's japes, rows and tears seem behind them for now.
Big Brother Tasks - bringing people together.
