After seeing them get along so famously, it's not been too nice to see the blossoming friendship between Noirin and Marcus slowly curl up at the edges and get all dried out and stuff. And while the pair of them have been very matter-of-fact about it, it's obviously hurting. Big Brother tried to pump Noirin for information during a Diary Room visit.
Noirin had explained to Big Brother that she felt guilty and bad, but Big Brother wanted to know who it was all about.
"It's just Marcus really," Noirin explained. "Lisa explained to me that if you let someone sit on your lap you might be giving them the wrong signal," she added, but went on to justify her way with people. "If you were to meet me and my guy friends at home, we're all just friendly and real huggy," she said.
"I think apparently I'm just a flirty person and I don't realise I'm doing those things," she went on. "I have to take a step back now and not do them. I don't want anyone to get the wrong signal. But that's annoying because I'll feel like I'm not being myself."
"I feel like I'm the one that's created the monster," she added with her head held down.
"Even though I'm not stupid, if I feel sorry for someone I can get drawn back into them. I think I need to learn to say no," she said, sounding a little stronger.
Big Brother wanted to know what she meant by 'creating a monster'.
"By being too nice to people," she explained. "I should've just said I had a boyfriend before I came in here. It would've made things a lot easier and people would keep away."
