I can't play any video and keep seeing the "4oD Application server is not available" message on my Xbox 360/One. What can I do?
We'd suggest that you try using an analogue cable to connect your Xbox device to your TV. We believe this issue is due to the firmware on certain types of TV not being compatible with Channel 4's video protection.
