A video on E4.com isn't playing/has no sound, what do I do?
Check that you have Flash installed and working properly. Go to the Adobe Flash test page. If the Flash animation plays, then you are successful. Otherwise, follow the instructions on the page to install Flash. You may need to restart your browser.
If video is playing but without sound, test your computer's sound settings - is it playing music and other sounds? Also check that you've got sound turned on in the video player - click the speaker icon and push the slider up to the top.
