A Digital Rights error has occurred. What can I do?
We're aware that some viewers are getting a message regarding a 'digital rights error' when trying to watch some of our US programmes via our 4oD service on Channel4.com. We are working to rectify this, but in the meantime, here are a couple of tricks which may help in the short-term.
- Try viewing via a different browser
- If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall Flash
Uninstall Flash using the instructions from Adobe here.
