The creative philosophy behind 4creative is simple; take Channel 4's edgy and innovative approach to brand-building, marketing and advertising and make it available to everyone. The result? A completely new kind of creative resource unlike any other.
4creative draws together individuals from within Channel 4 and outside mixing TV, publishing, marketing, design and commercials production talent to form a team with a single aim: to create great work whatever the medium.
Clearly the team is particularly well placed to create TV campaigns - but it doesn't limit itself to just that. 4creative has a strong reputation for building brands and launching new products - for examples look no further than the integrated campaigns for E4 and the multi-platform marketing of Cricket on Channel 4. It is this expertise and creative flair that has led to collaboration with a broad range of clients from Baileys to O2.
The Process
4creative conceives, creates, directs and produces work from start to finish. It can also carry out any individual part of this process if that is what the client needs. The process is simple:
Briefing: the client tells 4creative what they want to achieve and provides a steer on how much they have to spend. The team does some thinking and produces a clear proposition. Once the client has approved the proposition, a creative team is brought together, briefed and set to work.
Creative reviews: the team respond to the client's comments, refine the strongest route and finalise treatments and visuals.
Creating the work: with the client's creative sign off, the work is budgeted in detail. Scheduling is finalised and production planned. Then its time to shoot, craft and create!
