Each month we host a plethora of competitions to get your comedy juices flowing. Try our caption and script competitions for a quick fix of comedy. When you're feeling more adventurous there are audio, video and animation competitions to get stuck into. Also keep an eye out for bonus competitions and prizes which
crop up on a regular basis.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we provide you with an image and ask you to complement it with a witty caption. This is the perfect point of entry to get involved in 4Laughs. Make yourself a brew, get your thinking cap on and scribble in the text box provided.

Fancy getting your teeth into something meatier than captions? Try our monthly script competition. For the first two weeks of each month we ask you to submit a one minute script on a theme set by our Friend of 4Laughs. Baby Cow's Ric Michael reads each entry and chooses four eventual winners.

Every month we run two video comps. There's an open arena for recorded gems on any subject, and a themed competition set by our Friend of 4Laughs. Keep your video clips to an optimum one minute's length, if you have more material, try chopping it into bite-size funnies.

As with our video competitions, we run two audio comps a month. The open competition runs for the duration of the month, and the themed one runs for the last two weeks. As above, we advise that your audio nuggets are an optimum length of one minute. For more technical information, see our

Last but not least; our image competition. Every month we inspire the visually-minded of you to get creative on a theme set by our Friend of 4Laughs. The best images are used in the Editor's Blog and we choose 4 winning pictures at the end of the month.
