4LAUGHS FEATURES: WHERE ARE THE JONESES?

Where are the Joneses?

On June 15th 2007, Baby Cow Productions launched the revolutionary Where are the Joneses? Today, after 91 bite-size chunks, the show reaches its conclusion - and to celebrate - we have a link to the final episode, plus an exclusive introduction from Baby Cow's Henry Normal.

But first, for those of you unfamiliar with the Joneses brethren, here is some background information...

Where are the Joneses? is the world's first and only online sitcom. It was written by its own internet community, who also supplied soundtracks, plot ideas, character blogs, and even appeared in the series as new acting talent.

4Laughs spoke to series director, Dave Lambert, who gave us his thoughts on working on the show:

"This was a totally unique experience and an exciting project to be involved in. We truly interacted with the Joneses' online community to produce five minute episodes, daily, for three months."

WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Emma Fryer The pioneering series revolves around Dawn (played by Emma Fryer) who has just discovered that her real dad was a sperm donor. Emma, with the help of her newly-acquired brother Ian (Neil Edmund), resolves to travel around Europe and find the rest of her siblings.

Luckily, then, that the sitcom was sponsored by Ford, who supplied a nifty purple van for Emma and Ian to traverse the continent.
