Back in July we launched our Friday Night Project competition that gave you the chance to get your comedy performed by Justin Lee Collins and Alan Carr.

There were three stages to the competition. In the first stage you helped us choose a topic for the sketch by whittling down the themes to Brown's Britain, Harry Potter, Celebs in Jail and Charity Concerts.

In the second stage our users were asked to pitch sketch ideas around the aforementioned themes. Alan and Justin went with LustForLeith's pitch: "Tony Blair struggles with life after being PM and him and Cherie end up on the Jeremy Kyle show."

Then the final phase came into play - 4Laughers were asked to write a one minute script based on the pitch. Team 4Laughs and Baby Cow put their comedy heads together to make a script shortlist to give to Alan and Justin. Then, Alan and Justin made their decision.

The 4Laughs script that was finally chosen to be performed by Alan Carr and Justin Lee Collins was Allynlawson's "Cherie's Lady-Feathers".

The sketch was recorded in front of a live studio audience, and Alan and Justin asked us to tell Allynlawson just how impressed they were with his work.
