March 2007 saw Graham Duff seize the 4Laughs helm with all the pomp and daring of a comedy pirate. Graham is the writer of BBC 3's Ideal and Radio 4's Nebulous, find out more about him by reading his profile.
Graham set you a competition theme for the month, and regaled you with hearty blogs full of advice and anecdotes. Read them below:

Open Competitions
As well as Graham's competitions, our usual open challenges revealed veritable treasure chests of comedy gold.
Our open video competition yielded Tom Cruise playing the spoons, an Elizabethan living in a garden shed and a charity event to prevent Northerners moving to London. See the winners here.
While our open audio comp starred David Dickinson, a dodgy pilot and Radiohead in their very own sitcom.
Another exciting event in March was our first Comedy Collective pilot. We joined forces with 4Radio to challenge you to create a one minute audio clip on the theme of "Rock'n'Roll lifestyles." The response was magnificent, and it was with much difficulty that Zeal was declared eventual winner with Daytime TV Forest.
You can find out more about the Comedy Collective here, and see all the runners up, and 4Radio's feedback here.
