Before: This wetroom was once part of a larger room – and is now one of two rooms. The room transformation started from scratch, with new windows, walls and flooring so that the transformation is almost unrecognisable.

After: There was little choice for the layout of this room - so how to get it right?.
Keep The Layout Simple
The position of the window meant that the loo was the only piece of sanitaryware that could sit there. However, it was pulled out from the wall a little to allow for practical and good-looking alcove shelves to be fitted above.
Fit Sleek, Light-Giving Windows Dressings
Venetian blinds provide privacy, and also allow light to filter in to the room - another neat option would be shutters or window film.
Subtly Co-ordinate The Simple Scheme
The wood of the blind is picked up in the trim of the bathroom shelves. Within the walk-in shower, the floor tiling is continued up the wall, making the room feel much more spacious than it is.
Add A Touch Of Luxury
A large wide sink helps the room feel luxurious rather than just practical. It's wall-hung to enhance the feeling of space.
