I hope this helps some people - I found a mortgage calculator here: http://www.calculator-mortgage.org I'm posting it because the Channel 4 calculator seems to be down. It's pretty basic but it gave me the basic numbers I needed from a mortgage calculator hence sharing it. Cheers Simon
