UK Region Ratings

There are lots of very general pieces in the newspapers about average UK house prices – both in terms of asking prices and sold prices – but very little regional detail. So, how do you find out what’s happening in your area? There are lots of quick ways to check – but bear in mind that figures are gathered differently for England and Wales, and Scotland and Northern Ireland – and that they don’t all agree with each other.

4Homes

4Homes runs a quarterly, reader-friendly rundown of the average regional UK house prices – plus comments from experts with predictions of what they think UK house prices will do in the future. We try to take an overall view of what’s happening region by region and nationally to give you a true picture.
