While you’re researching, find out if the property has already been reduced. If it has, it indicates that the vendor may be keen to sell and, again, may be open to lower offers, assuming they can afford them. This is where it comes in handy to be in a ‘ready to go’ situation. The less you’ll hang about, the bigger discount you might get.
