At this stage you should have a range of prices from the sold data in Step One and the surveys in Step Two and it’s important to write these down. For example, the lowest price might be from the Land Registry data which suggests your property is worth £85,000 while the highest is from a similar, recently sold property which estimated the value to be £99,000.
