In Selling Houses, property expert Andrew Winter met owners of seemingly impossible-to-sell houses and gave them straight talking, hard hitting advice. Together with gardener Matt James, Andrew made simple changes to properties and their gardens which helped owners to find buyers, quickly.

Selling Houses was followed by Selling Houses Abroad, in which Andrew went on an international rescue mission across Europe, to help Brits who were having major problems selling their foreign properties.

  2. HI GEMMA. The show you watched was made a while ago so the property may not be available, but you can find a good selection on www.aplaceinthesun.com

  4. I have a wonderful first floor 2 bedroomed apartment in a period house dating back to 1769. The duke of Devonshire had the place for week-ends for the Quorn hunt. The view is amazing, stretching for mile across to the Charnwood forest. An acre of garden to sit in, complete with cellar space and garage. The Drawing still has all the period features and has a window sit to sit and just stare. All my windows face the back which is south facing.

  5. Hi, I watched your programme on sky the other evening, and a house was featured in france that needed a lot of work done to sell it and the price was very high. You compared it with another house to show the viewers of what they could get for the same money. I was hoping you could direct me to a site which had this house for sale so I could look at it more closly? Many Thanks Gemma Pickering
