Crucial to Robert's success is getting the listed buildings department on side, which can take time; unfortunately, patience isn't something Robert's good at. He needs to follow Sarah's advice to the letter if he's to pull this development back from the brink ... but will he?
Meanwhile, in Market Drayton in Shropshire, Diane Brown lives on the ground floor of an old stately home. She's planning to carve it up into two, sell off one half and live in the other. The problem is, an unsympathetic 70s conversion means it couldn't look less like an imposing country pile if it tried.
