Escaping the crowds

Rooftops
Penthouse living

If you’ve been bitten by the penthouse living bug, then the first place to start looking is in our towns and cities. Flat roof spaces abound, and they offer amazing potential in the otherwise crowded urban sprawl.

Location, location, location

If you're going to be building on your roof the old rules still apply - location, location, location. If you’re sandwiched between a margarine factory and the local council's monument to 1960's brutalism, you’re unlikely to get the maximum benefit from your rooftop investment.
Good location

Being able to see the sky is crucial. That is the essence of rooftop living - to carry you away from the grimy streets and give you the chance to absorb the surrounding views, and the amazing city sunsets that had previously been hidden from view.
