The Entire Bottom 20 Revealed
Now the most talked about countdown on television, Location, Location, Location: Best and Worst LIVE unveils what's hot and what's not in the property market - based on the criteria of crime, environment, lifestyle, health, education and employment.

While last year's controversial 'worst' place Hackney has improved enough to now be ranked 12th on the 'worst' list, Middlesbrough has finally been found to be the overall 'worst', having previously been in 6th worst place last year and 5th worst place in 2005. And Hull makes a return to the list as the 2nd worst place to live, following it being declared the 'worst' place in 2005, but then improving enough to not even make the top 10 last year. And it's not good news for London with 25 per cent of the worst list being made up of London Local Authorities, while Scotland and Northern Ireland don't feature at all.
