Chris Parsonage grew up in Kingsand. He lived on a farm that was part of the Earl's estate. He moved to London and became a property developer, but now he's back, developing properties in his home village.
He tells Jon that he tries to bring back the locals by buying properties before "outsider" developers can, and renting out property to locals at reasonable rates, rather than choosing to make as much money as possible.
