All the steel for this is expensive and George has already spent over a third of the budget and the build has barely begun- money-wise it is a disastrous start. Meanwhile, the family are enjoying themselves at the beach oblivious to all the problems and the very real danger that they narrowly avoided at home. George won’t compromise on safety though and the boiler goes – but that means he’ll have to scale down elsewhere.
