Just wondering about the bathrooms: was there a master one or just 2 en suites? Also why no shower in the master en suite? I like elements of this show but find the amount of unknowns amazing not to mention some of the basic things George overlooks like checking the boiler! The money part is very strange. Why not stick to the budget for a change?

Very nice work. Kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms are all great. But, I think, you lost the plot in the "grand" entrance. The problem is, you are facing the back of the stairs when you enter the flat. You appear to have to look for the steps when you first enter the room. It would have been better to return the bottom 4 or more steps 180 degrees (not 90 degrees as you have done). This would give guests a visual lead to the living area.
