At the bottom of the stairs the floor levels go up and down, with extra steps. Originally they separated the rooms – but the way the family uses the house now, it just doesn’t work. The kitchen doesn’t work for them either. Carol explains that there aren’t enough work surfaces – and the boiler system just isn’t coping with the amount of water that such a large family needs. It’s also too far from the dining room.

I'm here to find out the same...recently been watching the reruns. We have v similarly coloured kitchen units & worktop, plse could someone let me know the paint colour used on Keith & Carol's home in Chalfont's kitchen, on The Home Show? Many thx in anticipation...

We currently have a boiler system like the one you described (hot water goes off whilst in shower). We are interested to find out the boiler system which was installed on the Chalfont Project

Hi I really loved the kitchen you designed for the show, can you please send me on the dimensions of that room as we are in the process of building a house and would love to have a kitchen/diner that size. P.s. loving the show, we look forward to every thursday nite!!!
