Another big job at this time of year is the apple harvest. "What we’re going to do with these apples is make chutney," says Sarah. "We’re going to freeze some so we can have apple pies throughout the year. The perfect ones, we can save just wrapped in paper, then we’ll probably trade with somebody else who hasn’t got an apple tree."
