Down in the wooded part of their land, Richard, Gregory and Marco are starting the crucial job of gathering winter fuel. They need to collect enough dry wood now to burn throughout the wetter, colder months. Chucking logs on the fire also saves them huge amounts of money.
"We know people who are paying 1000 Euros per month for gas or oil to fire their central heating," says Richard. "Ours is central heating and water and it’s free. Our bill would be 5000 Euros per year and that’s an awful lot of money."
