With breakfast ticked off the list, Sarah gets on with the rest of the day’s work. Growing food for the whole family is a year round job and with summer drawing to a close she needs to completely restock her vegetable beds. "It’s the beginning of September so I’m planting all the stuff that we’ll be eating throughout the winter," explains Sarah. "We’ve got all sorts of stuff going in – broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages and raddichio. I want to feed my kids good food, and I know that the food that comes out of my garden is good healthy food."
