  1. Hi Phil & Kirstie, A problem for you to ponder; I have my home to move to in Northern Cyprus (the dodgy end of the island) my home in Barton-under-Needwood needs to be sold. The conudrum is my home is very very special in a very desirable village, I have had drawings prepared and planning permission granted for an extension; I'm not dropping the price. I've had this home valued, I'm not greedy, this home has a heart. Call me and come for mouch and a bite to eat. Best of luck Steve.

  2. Hi Phil and Kirstie Your programme inspired us to make the move from the UK to France and have enjoyed renovating our old farmhouse. We would very much appreciate your advice and guidance as to how we should go about marketing our property. The reason for this is that we wish to move back to the UK. The timing of this move is just perfect, we could probably pick up a bargain! If only we could sell our home here in France. We currently have our house on with several agents and notaires. To date, sadly we have not had any interest. Have you done a series where the relocation is in the reverse? An idea maybe. I know you are extremely busy but your expert advice would be much appreciated. Susan Murphy
