Chris has grand plans of keeping a few porky pals in rural isolation, a big leap from his life as a financial manager in central London. Meanwhile, his fiancee Karen has other priorities, setting up a catering business, sorting out their wedding, having neighbours and living in a community (of people, not pigs)! It's hardly a surprise that in three months, their own search has got them nowhere.
With 200 properties already rejected from their search, well, pigs might fly before these two get themselves a home. Chris is fast on the way to developing pig paranoia, barely able to look at these fabulous houses without working in room for a sty. And Karen's peering across every view to count the miles to her nearest neighbour. This is one search that pushes Kirstie and Phil to the edge.
