  1. Hi Sarah Great show we just have seen it on Foxtel Australia Pay TV. What I wanted to comment on is that in the planning stage it would be great to see a excel or spreadsheet of the builders and also to factor in situations where if they didn't flip the property , the cost of holding the property over lets say 1 year under a buy to let strategy.

Brilliant show Sarah - especially the ending where you gave the wake up call to property flippers turned into forced buy to let landlords that once interest rates start rising, their 'flawless' plans to rent until recovery are, well, flawed. Over the years you've been unfairly placed in the same bracket by some as those on Location x 3 as a contributor to the ridiculous house price inflation (and Kirstie and Phil most definitely were) - but unlike them you've always said that most of the time the people on the show made a profit simply because of the rise in the market, and if it wasn't for that they'd have made nothing, or a loss even back then. Now that gravy train's over, this will be the most interesting series of all. Oh - and you're looking radiant as always!
