Mark and Tammy have ploughed their money back into a lovely Georgian house in Lincolnshire, and while they're now concentrating on turning it into a family home for themselves, they've got their eye on converting the two huge barns that came with it.
Dave and Nick have yet to turn in a profit on their Dunstable almshouses, but that hasn't stopped them buying up development after development after development. They've got debts running into millions, but can these two high rollers finally cash in and make a seven-figure profit?
