I am not sure what Steve de la Rosa is talking about. I have looked at the pictures of the Art Deco house again and the facade looks rather similar to before the renovation - minus the fresh paint. I cannot see any UPVC windows or other deadly sins and I quite like what they have done with the inside of the house.

I cannot believe that they did that to the art deco facade , it could have been so much more, short sighted and ridiculous . shouldnt they have renovated another run down property and left this to someone who would have been more sympathetic. Im aghast !
