Could you please give me the name of the jail that was converted to a hotel in the Broadstairs/Thetford episode, I think it was in Cornwall? Thank you.

Please could you let me have details of the cooker hood installed at the Broadstairs project, broadcast 7/7/09. Attempts to contact the kitchen fitters, Benchmarx by phone, give a discontinued message. We are aware that the programme was made in October 2007, but we would be very grateful if you could help with this. Many thanks
