Phil's back to see how Adam and Cam are settling in, eighteen months on.

Adam and Cam met while travelling around Australia almost 13 years ago. Now they've decided to trade in their three bed semi in Basingstoke for the glorious beaches and spectacular national parks of Australia. Phil journeys to Melbourne, the most European of Australian cities, to help the family find their dream home in the hills just outside the city.

They're after a two-storey with four bedrooms, separate adult and kids living areas and a large enclosed garden. For this, they have a maximum budget of £223,000. The house needs to be within driving distance of Cam's work in the town of Fern Tree Gully, so Phil concentrates the search on the semi-rural stretch of bush between the Dandenong Ranges and the Cardinia Reserve.
