It's a double whammy catch-up this week, as Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer revisit two sets of house hunters who proved themselves to be enough of a challenge the first time around; so has anything changed?

First up, lottery winners and millionaires Roger and Lara Griffiths. When Phil first met them their lives had just changed beyond their wildest dreams when their numbers came up on the lottery, leaving them almost £2 million richer.
With exacting requirements and a big cheque burning a hole in their pocket, it was one search that was never going to be straightforward.
Roger and Lara's offer on the house in Wetherby was accepted, but at the 11th hour, they got a nasty case of cold feet and we were back to square one. After some serious deliberation, Roger found some more cash under his mattress and upped the budget to £680,000 - so they ended up bagging a beautiful four bed house just minutes from Boston Spa.
Phil visited them almost a year later and was delighted to discover that their property portfolio wasn’t the only thing that was growing - there was another baby on the way. They also had the builders in, who were busy renovating the four big ensuite bedrooms, two sitting rooms and massive open plan kitchen.
Now, in 2009, their focus has shifted towards investing in their future. Roger’s bought two rental properties and after a few years with the family, he’s just taken a job in recruitment. Life’s certainly not been moving at a snail’s pace and it’s no longer just about the fast cars and fancy houses. Lara and Roger have invested in a livelihood too. The Spa they’ve opened is a busy place with seven treatment rooms, which are so well manicured they just look…well, a million dollars.
At the height of some of the most difficult times we’ve known, it’s great to see a business that’s bustling and a family that’s thriving.
