In this episode, Kirstie and Phil catch up with two of their favourite couples, the Camel racing Fossett clan, and Nick and Katrina from the beautiful Channel Island of Jersey.
We're back to catch up with Rebecca and Joe Fossett, a pair of camel racers who needed literally acres more space for their manic menagerie. And we're also calling in at Katrina and Nick's, to see how their househunt turned out on the picturesque island of Jersey. Two budgets, two buyers, two areas... and two very different sets of demands.

In Warwickshire, we were up against a unique challenge in the shape of the Fossett family - they needed more space to accommodate Joe's grand passion - three long lashed, long legged lovelies. They're a racey couple but it's not what you think... They race camels for a living. The trouble is their house and the camels are four miles apart. This constant shuttling back and forth is proving a logistical nightmare.
It's taken Joe and Rebecca seventeen long months to sell their house and now it's off the market they're desperate to finally get cracking. Rebecca loves her house and with Daisy and Leo in the local school she's desperate not to stray too far form her stomping ground. But Joe's priorities are clear - it's camels all the way.
So our brief is to the find the Fossetts a three bedroom family home with at least eight acres of land for the camels, and they've got a budget of £700,000.

On Jersey Nick and Katrina want to make a solid investment in their future and buying a family home is the first step. In time they want a family and his flat is tiny, especially since Katrina moved in - which is one of the reasons they are now moving out! Nick bought a one-bed town flat, two years ago for £171,000, and it was a wise move.
Within a week of his flat hitting the market, he accepted a cash offer for £186,000 and pocketed a £15,000 return to put down on their new place.
So what are their new priorities? They want to upgrade to a three bedroom house and know that now's the time to do it. Because he works in the island’s construction industry, Nick's got his professional ear to the ground and he's heard that with the planned relaxation of Jersey's housing restrictions there'll be hundreds of affordable new flats going up, so he and his girlfriend Katrina have sold up and cashed in. They've read the local market well and worked out that there will be more competition in the future - so by selling now they should be able to maximise his investment.
Their budget is £390,000, and for that, they want a big kitchen, a garage and plenty of space to grow.
So, two couples. Nick and Katrina have a budget of £390,000 in Jersey and the Fossetts have a budget of £700,000 in Warwickshire.
