In this episode, Phil revisits Rebecca and Joe from Warwickshire, and Steve and Dee from Essex.

In Warwickshire, Phil's back to catch up with Rebecca and Joe Fossett, who gave him and Kirstie a unique challenge back in 2005. They needed more space to accommodate Joe's grand passion - camels!
The Fossetts race camels for a living, but the trouble with their old house was that it and the camels were four miles apart. Rebecca loves her house and, with children Daisy and Leo in the local school, she was desperate not to stray too far from her stomping ground. But Joe's priorities are clear - it's camels all the way.
So Kirstie and Phil's brief was to the find the Fossetts a three bedroom family home with at least eight acres of land for the camels, with a budget of £700,000.
After much thought, they decided not to up sticks to Herefordshire and, after an extensive search, bagged themselves a fabulous three storey farmhouse just minutes from their old home.
Now, nearly four years on, they’ve lovingly restored their listed farmhouse and the camel count continues to rise.
The animals enjoy five star facilities at the rear of the house, but for a good while the two legged members of the family weren’t quite so lucky. It’s been a labour of love for Rebecca and Joseph but after two years of painstaking restoration they’ve really got a house to be proud of. There are three gorgeous reception rooms and a kitchen downstairs and upstairs the six bedrooms are packed to the rafters with character.
And they’re not content to keep the place to themselves and their menagerie. With the recession biting, they’ve opened their doors to bed and breakfast guests too.
In fact, Rebecca and Joe are constantly looking for new ways to bring home the bacon - the latest additions to the family are six racing pigs! These talented trotters travel to events all over the country and, perhaps because the family continues to diversify, the dreaded credit crunch has as yet left the Fossetts unscathed.
