In the second instalment of the series Phil & Kirstie are helping two couples take a step up the property ladder in the steel city of Sheffield. Their budgets may be different but both couples know what they want and Phil & Kirstie will need all their property market know-how to make their dreams come true.

The first set of Sheffield house hunters looking in the South West of the city are Deborah and Justin Beeley. With a budget of £250,000 they have been searching in vain for that elusive ideal home for two years. After being outbid on a number of properties they are starting to lose hope. However, never fear because Phil and Kirstie are here.
With a shared passion for canoeing, rock climbing and other daredevil pursuits, Deborah and Justin need a home with plenty of storage space as well as a sizeable garden for their dog. Never one to shirk a challenge, Phil gets on with some high-octane, white water house hunting.

Consultant psychiatrist Arty Das and GP Andrew Davies are up to their necks in work so even their medical know-how can't revive their hopeless attempts to find a forever home. They just don't have the time to look. And when they do there's very little on the market in the area they want at a price they can afford.
Andy and Arty have a kings ransom sized budget of £700,000. But they are prepared to push it upwards for the perfect forever home. They want at least four bedrooms, a lot of living space for a growing family, plenty of room for Arty's parents who visit from overseas on a regular basis and a large garden. Over to you Kirstie...
