They had sold up, had been looking for nearly a year and, with their move date only three weeks away, the pressure was really on! In an area where property doesn't stay on the market for very long, it was Kirstie and Phil's toughest search yet.
The combination of a maximum budget of £440,000 and a very fussy pair pushed Kirstie and Phil to take a risk and show them a dream house… that wasn't even on the open market.
