  1. The proposition of an off road car park, where possible in relation to home improvement whether you are considering selling right away or not is a great concept. Parking is becoming increasingly difficult now and if this is an option it should most definitely be considered. Regarding the loft conversion and adding an extra bedroom and bathroom is a great option as well, however a thorough check of costs really needs to be made as the costs can be exhaustive. Don't dismiss the idea though, get the costs checked out and if you can in fact achieve something near the 20% improvement at sale then you may find it is definitely a worth while choice. Regards Chris

  2. Any chance of covering a couple looking for a 2 bed property on a budget of 100K to 150K. I am looking to relocate from a terrace house in Manchester to a 2 bed property in Torbay. Love the programe, however the couples you feature always have a pile of money to spend on family sized houses. You are trendy presenters that would appeal to young 1st time buyers. Please show some homes that are at least in the range of the lower earners. Cheers

  4. Newton Abbott the most expensive properties in the Exeter area ?? Try Topsham, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, West Hill, Woodbury - all much nearer and much more expensive.
