5. Dear Kim and Aggie, I love your program along with my little girl, I have a question to ask. How can I clean the interior of my car without getting it smelly of stail water and big patches of dried cleaning fluid? The inside of my car is grey and verty dirty I cannot get the dirt out of it propely. Could you give me a tip please. Love Szilvi xxx

Dear Aggie and Kim,my son joe and i love watching your show and pick up lots of cleaning tips.we desperately need your help in getting lazy,ignorant dog owners to clean up after their dogs,because the route to my 3 childrens school is constantly covered with dog poo and yesterday on the way to school we had to walk out into the road as the pavement was covered in doggy doo and we did not want to step on it.please help.thanks love from Lorraine and Joe xxx

7. I have two questions, where can i buy borax, i am having trouble finding it. Also i have an enamel rice pudding tin which is in an awful state, can you give me some advice on the best way to clean it, i did consider soaking it in bio laudry powder but was worried it would damage the tin, do you have any other tips to soften the cooked on gunk??

I watched your program on Monday, whereby you gave the lady a product which encouraged dogs to wee in a certain place, my Aunty has two pups and bought a runner so they don't skid on the floor, she has had to take it up as they keep weeing on it. 12. hey, my daughter has bicycle oil on her pretty pink cotton skirt, how can i get this out ive tried to soak it in vanish and then washed as normal in the machine. please kim aggie i need your help, from a real desperate mother.

13. I have real wood flooring in my kitchen and dining area. Does anyone have any tips or can give me some decent reasonable priced cleaning products for it. I doesn't like a lot of water - for obvious reasons - and it feels like it needs a really good clean! Thanks - desparate to get on top of it as I haven't tackled it for a few months.

Hi, i am looking for a way to clean my carpet and my suite, i have a 2 year old son and he has got these really manky, the more i clean, the worse they seem to get, i've tried, bleach, water and sprays but none of these seem to work, i also have this kinda purply stuff in my shower (don't tnk it's mould) which has been there since i moved in and have tried everything to get rid of that but nothing is working either Any reply would be great thanks Laura

16. Dear Kim and Aggie . Thank you for your show its fab, But i cant under stand how these houses can get into the mess that thay do. Please could you let me know where to get a small block of bees wax and also where to get the oils that you use to make things smell nice ( i live in Aberdeen ) Thanks for all your tips fab.

17. Hi Kim & Aggie, quick question, we have a steal bath tub with pink enamel paint. But what has happened now, is there are marks on the bath tub which are white across the tub it seems to me that it might be dry limescale as it is white. I have tried everything to remove it, white vineger, soda powder, elbow greese. Everything, it will not move. Can you help please. Thank you Satty

18. Message for Dan Lewis - I can help you with the dirty 'duckling' teddy problem, since the best method would be similar to how really old teddies are cleaned at your own risk. Never put them in water since water can ruin some of the fabrics. Mix some Soap Flakes (used for delicate fabrics) into a bowl with mild warm water and foam it up. Using your hands and only the foam, rub gently over areas of the teddy. Then dry off with some paper towels or a hair dryer on cool settings, then leave to continue to dry naturally. The other problem mentioned with the Cat Fleas below, you really need to professionally steam clean the carpets within your home to kill them off in a non toxic way without causing damage to the carpets. Then the cat would need to be treated with special shampoo so fleas don't drop onto the carpet.

Dear kym & aggie I sent you an e-mail quite a while ago asking for the best product to kill cat flea's . please can you help i have got rid of my carpet in the lounge, but it still feels like we have still got the flea's. I have tried discinfecting the flat with no success can you help. If we have a pet that urinates alot in the house does the soda water in a spray bottle work as i have seen you use this in one of your episodes. And if so how long do you leave it on the area before cleaning. please leave me a reply i would be gratefulif you can help yours truly ian lilley

20. Dear Kim and Aggie, Good day! We have a Sentimentally Precious teddy. He's a pink duckling with an unseen vibration sensitive "squeeker" device inside him. There are no openings to see the squeeker. No batteries are involved. Even if he didn't have a squeeker, we wouldn't put him in a washing machine. He's too Precious! He has pink strands of "fur". I don't know what material he's made of. HOW DO WE CLEAN HIM? A cloth? A soft brush? And what cleaning agent to use? The lable on him says "Wipe clean only. Dry naturally". Thankyou! We Love you! Please Help! xxx

21. dear kim and agi: having terrible problems with council owned flat, previous tenants dangerous heavy smokers, can't clean ceiling because of arthritis, extractor blowing nicotine fumes into flat, bleach turning fresh paint off-colour. council being difficult to sort their problems out, please can u help

24. Hi Dean, A good deterent for spiders can be eucalyptus leaves by placing them inside drawers / cupboards and under large pieces of furniture. Sealing any cracks around walls and floors will also help stop them entering your home. Good Luck - Susan Barry
