Meet Veronique, a French mademoiselle living in Aldershot. She's a self-confessed car boot sale addict, and her vice is choking the home she once cherished. If she was as passionate about cleaning, this abode might be a little more a la mode!

As Veronique confesses, 'the state of my house now makes me feel ashamed frustrated, and embarrassed. I want to change that. I want to make a new start.'

This clutterbug needs to clear out and clean up. No one believes it more than Veronique's 21 year old son Gregor and her best friend, Kate. They'll both be on hand to help Kim and Aggie fight grime, giving Veronique's home a new lease of life in the process.

Upon arrival, the queens of clean are met by a jaw-dropping array of clutter and dirt. Every room is piled high with years of accumulated car booty, while the bathroom is encrusted with limescale and soap scum. In the kitchen, mould and mildew fester in every nook and work surfaces are lost beneath mounds of junk. As for the spare bedroom, it's inaccessible thanks to Veronique's incessant hoarding.

The first job is to hire a skip and sort the treasure from the tat. Once the house has been cleared, the cleaning can commence.
